He has been involved in social purpose organizations in a variety of senior roles for over 20 years. He currently sits on the board of Variety Village. |

Anatol von Hahn
Anatol von Hahn is the Group Head, Canadian Banking, at Scotiabank. Over the years, he has held various senior positions in both Canadian and International Banking, but it is his experience in Scotiabank's Latin America subsidiaries and his understanding of the social issues in those countries that is of particular value to us. |

Sandy Houston
Sandy is the President of the Metcalf Foundation, a leading private Toronto-based foundation focused on sustainability, creativity and social justice. Sandy has a background in law and mediation and has worked as a consultant and advisor in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. As a volunteer Sandy has served on numerous boards and committees and was the founding Chair of the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation. |

Fernando Barrios
Fernando is an Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad
Catolica del Peru and holds an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
He worked for many years in sales and marketing with various retail
companies in Peru before entering the banking industry. Currently
Fernando is the Vice President of Sales and Service at Scotiabank and is
based in Lima Peru.
