In today’s educational context, teachers are needed who can create positive, dynamic, and participatory environments where each student can reach their full potential. For this reason, practical workshops on classroom management and complex thinking strategies have become a fundamental tool for strengthening educational quality.
Last month, in coordination with the specialist from the Canchis’ UGEL, an induction workshop for the PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION COURSE was held. Teachers actively participated in training experiences designed to strengthen their pedagogical skills. During the workshop, participants worked on strategies such as the induction model, RAFTS, concept achievement, emotional well-being, and others related to classroom management.
Decentralized workshops are important for teachers and allow for the exchange of experiences and the simulation of real classroom situations, fostering more reflective and effective teaching. A teacher who masters classroom management strategies generates greater motivation, participation, and order—essential aspects for improving student learning.
