IN SEARCH OF NEW CHALLENGES NEW

Alma has proposed conducting a diagnostic assessment with the Tupac Amaru Public Higher Education Schools in Tinta and La Salle in Urubamba for this year, 2025. This proposal arose from the fact that our EBR teachers are already overwhelmed with too many online courses and no longer see 100% interest in developing the courses offered. Thus, we believe it is better to work with students from the Higher Education Schools who are preparing to become future teachers and thus strengthen their role in the classroom.
For this work, we held a coordination meeting with representatives from both schools, who committed to working hand in hand with Alma to ensure the academic development of each of their graduates. The schools are committed to regional and national development by offering educational alternatives tailored to the social and linguistic reality of rural Andean populations in diverse contexts. For this reason, they are delighted to be working with Alma. In the future, we will be strengthening students’ professional academic development through our Pedagogical Innovation course, enabling them to develop skills and become teachers who promote complex thinking.
We are confident that this experience will lead us to continue developing future teachers committed to the education of our country, always striving for quality education and ensuring that students are capable of developing their autonomy to face new challenges throughout their lives.
