In the current year of 2025, within the Pedagogical Innovation course, we have a total of 48 teachers focused on by specialists from the UGELEs Quispicanchi and Canchis. In this first module, it was evident that the participating teachers are committed to change within their teaching practices, as evidenced by their work during Module 1.
Before starting the activities, they had to review the theory, as well as the explanatory videos that helped them complete the questionnaires, respond to the discussion forum, and submit the final product. For this purpose, they were provided with an editable template where they could develop the activities proposed within this first module.
For these activities, we always have the support of our tutor, Alma, who answers questions and concerns every Tuesday and Thursday through the meetup room from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. to provide guidance to the participating teachers, thus motivating them to implement ALMA’s educational approach.
We hope to continue working with the same dedication and positive attitude from all the teachers participating in the course so that they continue to adapt their work to our Alma Innovative Teaching educational approach.
