After coordinating with Brother Manuel, director of the La Salle School of Higher Education in Urubamba, on Monday, May 26th, we held our first training session with all the School’s faculty. We shared our strategies for developing complex thinking and provided guidelines on how students who will be traveling to educational institutions for their first internships can apply the methodology. To this end, we shared the route of how we conducted the Pedagogical Innovation course with teachers and explained how their students would participate in this intervention process. The School’s faculty were eager to participate and expressed interest in having their students participate in this project, as they believe it will be very useful for them at the beginning of their professional lives, as they will be the teachers of future generations in our region. We hope these workshops continue because we are always committed to the country’s education.
