Americo Washington Aitara Ccana, a primary school specialist from the Canchis UGEL, is a native of Canchis Sicuani. He began his training with Alma two years ago, where he participated as a participating specialist in the Pedagogical Innovation course developed with all teachers in the Cusco region.
During this participation, our specialist gained insight into Alma’s educational proposal, believing it to be a significant contribution to the education of our students in the region, and, above all, allowing teachers to improve their teaching practices in their daily work.
Today he plays the role of accompanying specialist within his UGEL Canchis, with all the teachers who are participating in the Pedagogical Innovation 2025 course, where he places a lot of emphasis on motivating his participating teachers to continue developing the activities within the course and he does this through WhatsApp messages and personalized calls where he makes the teachers feel that they are not alone but that their specialist is always there to answer any questions they may have, this demonstrates his commitment to them as he is always motivating them to have an active participation.
