Participation in the “Pedagogical Innovation 2026” course has introduced a fresh perspective on classroom management. Teachers have come to understand that managing a classroom goes beyond merely maintaining order or setting behavioral rules; it also involves organizing the physical space, creating conditions conducive to learning, fostering interaction, and encouraging students to take a more active role.
The vast majority of teachers in our targeted schools have begun to realize that the physical layout of the classroom influences student participation, organization, and learning. This environment encourages students to engage willingly and with greater confidence—expressing their opinions and playing a more active part in the learning process—while enabling teachers to more directly identify their students’ needs, challenges, and interests, thereby creating better opportunities for guidance and feedback.
At Alma, it brings us great joy to see that change is possible when teachers are equipped with the right tools, support, and opportunities to reflect on their teaching practice.
