After some anticipation, one of the most eagerly awaited activities for our team finally took place: the workshop with student teachers from the La Salle School of Urubamba. This meeting, filled with enthusiasm and commitment, became a profoundly meaningful experience for both the participants and us. From the very beginning, a special energy was palpable. The future teachers arrived with an open attitude, eager to learn and share their own perspectives. Their willingness filled us with hope and reminded us why we work every day to strengthen the training of those who will be the educators of tomorrow.
The workshop was a dynamic space where we explored together how to promote complex thinking in the classroom. We reflected on the importance of teaching students to think critically, to understand reality from multiple perspectives, and to construct well-founded responses to the challenges posed by today’s world.
